Cancellation/Amendment Policy:
Your appointments are very important to me, I hold appointments for you and ask that if you must cancel, amend a treatment(s) or reschedule any appointment, that you provide me with at least 48-hour notice. This way, I’ll be able to adjust my schedule accordingly and I may be able to accommodate clients on my waiting list. I do, of course understand that unavoidable issues come up and I’ll do my upmost to work with you in case of an emergency.
• Less than 48-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
• Less than 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of the service amount
